Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa

Clean, big hotel, the staff and location were nice here. We loved rooms with requested fan. Actually everything was very good, our next choice again in Interlaken.

The hotel was wonderful relaxing, clean offered plentiful breakfasts and had a perfect location near of everything. The rooms were brand-new and well-appointed with incredible views of the mountains.

Everything was simply nice. It was clean & big hotel, lovely staff and rooms.

It had quite bad views.

We loved being there. The staff was consistently courteous, amiable with every request.

Reasonable base for honeymoon, has magnificent view of the Jungfrau mountain. The bus stop is 10 minutes' walk away.

A top-notch hotel with lots of non-smoking rooms to relax in. We booked it for our weekend and had a lovely stay here.

I had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was good, the location was unbeatable really close to centre and Interlaken and the center of Interlaken. I was met by polite and fairly friendly stuff at the reception. I enjoyed my time in this property.

A legendary hotel, my first choice in Interlaken. Location and staff were very good, I had a great experience here. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor restaurant was great with lots of meals in the menu.

Savoury breakfast, helpful service. It's in a magnificent building in the major sightseeing area. The beach is nice and the views are decent. Aquarium in the lobby, convenient.

The venue is petite, spotless and the location is decent just off Interlaken, many attractions, centre. Happy to have aquarium in the lobby. Don't forget to explore Central Interlaken district.

Good value, it was outstanding stay. Brilliant rooms and relatively cheap breakfast, loved it. Staff was impeccable and smart, were more than helpful. All in all everything was perfectly organized, yet we had very dark bathroom.

We had a terrific time. The room was individual and the location was historic in the cultural area. Convenient access to the good beach located near the venue. Reception had aquarium. There were strong internet and perfect parking available.

Beautiful stuff, perfect service, amazing views. Room itself extra big and extra big. There where lots of restaurants to eat, like Al Madina restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The painless check-in too.

The hotel was terrific, and I loved professional staff and magnificent room. The breakfast was delicious, had lots of options and the food was pretty good! Impeccable service provided there too. What is more that free WiFi was provided throughout the property. Prime location to unterseen interlaken. Btw, went to city center, located at a moderate distance from the venue.

Dedicated staff, the room is regular double and overly warm. Location is tranquil, relatively close to Alpenwildpark. Captivating view, a nice balcony, perfect bed, too.

welcoming rooms, extremely helpful staff, exceptional food, practical location. absolutely breathtaking view of valley. the staff did all they can for a perfect stay. the building itself was historic with a beautiful garden.

The staff was very honest, the room was original. They made my stay enjoyable. Nice beds, satellite television, microwave and large windows in the room. Spotless place and great service. I went to a good restaurant and loved the Czech dishes.

We had a just perfect stay at this really cheap hotel. Overall magical location and facilities. Property was spotless clean. Terrace bar and heated pool. Besides, we parked our car onsite.

We really enjoyed our room, it was large, with climate control, a personal safe and television. Furthermore, private parking is available. The hotel was in the middle of Interlaken🙂

We could have lunch in Husi Bierhaus set within 500 feet. Our experience was unforgettable. First-class services.
